500g de carne de peito de frango moído
2 cebolas grandes raladas
3 dentes de alho amassados
1/2 xícara de chá de salsinha picada
Noz-moscada
Sal e pimenta a gosto

Em um recipiente, coloque o peito de frango moído. Junte a cebola, o alho, a salsinha, a noz-moscada, o sal e a pimenta. Amasse muito bem com as mãos e deixe descansar por cerca de 20 minutos.

Molho:
500g de tomates maduros sem pele e sem semente
1 colher de sopa de creme vegetal light
1 cebola grande ralada
1 folha de louro
1 colher de café de açúcar
4 talos pequenos de salsão picados
Sal a gosto
1 colher de sopa de orégano
1/2 xícara de chá de salsinha picada
Farinha de trigo para modelar.
Bata os tomates no liquidificador e reserve. Em uma panela grande, derreta o creme vegetal light e doure a cebola. Acrescente a folha de louro, os tomates batidos, o açúcar e o salsão. Deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos. Tempere com sal, orégano e deixe apurar. Apague o fogo e junte a salsinha.
Modele as almôndegas no tamanho desejado com a ajuda da farinha de trigo. Em seguida, volte o molho para o fogo brando e espere ferver. Vá colocando as almôndegas uma ao lado da outra. Não mexa durante o cozimento para que as almôndegas não se desmanchem. Deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo com a panela tampada por, no mínimo, 10 minutos. Sirva com purê de batatas.
